Today I have come up with the review of a Smart home Camera, It is Wyze Cam 2 1080p Wireless Smart Home Camera with Night Vision. Wyze Cam released the previous version of this camera a while back but now they have come up with the upgraded version Wyze Cam 2 with Software and Hardware Enhancements. The price of this 1080p Security Camera is around 26$ which I think is one of the cheapest Wi-Fi Cameras around. So let’s get into details.
Inside the box, we have the power adapter, USB cable( 6 feet in length), 3m mounting tape where the camera will stick to. The box also contains the cube-shaped camera which is totally the same as the previous one except for the subtle change in the overall finish. We have the speaker USB and micro USB slot at the back and on the front, we have Camera lens light sensor, microphone, and IR LEDs. The main camera body has an integrated base which you can pull out and rotate and tilt the camera. We have also the reset button and the microSD slot. The base itself is magnetic that makes it easy in mounting the camera
Feautures and Characterstics

Wyze Cam 2 1080p Wireless Camera has the ability to record 110° field of view, also it has 8x digital zoom. Wyze Cam provided Two-way audio detection that sends push notifications to your smartphone or tablet when it senses motion. Moreover, it has Night Vision too that has 4 LEDs at 850 nanometers with an IR cut filter. Wyze Cam provided local storage on their product which can be used by mounting an SD card (upto 32 GB) and also provided free 14 day-rolling cloud Storage. It has an operating temperature of 32-104° Fahrenheit. There is also improved image quality due to the CMOS sensor. Wyze Cam 2 1080p Wireless Camera has improved audio quality a lot as compared to its previous version. Also, it has a matte finish rather than a glossy finish that it had on the older one.
Let’s have a little comparison between the new Wyze Cam 2 1080p Wireless Camera and the older version. The Version one recorded videos at 10fps while this latest version records at 15fps. Infrared LEDs have changed too older version had 2 LEDs but the newer one has 4 LED that improved night vision capabilities pretty much.
Overall Wyze Cam 2 1080p Wireless Camera is a definite buy. For 26$ you will have a 1080p with pretty good video quality in both daytime and at night. There are no subscription fees and it can record in a micro SD card events or even 24/7. Hence it is recommended to all of you if you have a budget of 25-30$ its is the best deal available in the market.
