SanDisk Ultra 64GB microSDXC UHS-I Card Review:
Back in June 2012, one of the best memory card manufacturer, SanDisk announced that it is going to introduce the world’s fastest microSDHC mobile memory card. That time, the company released a series of the SanDisk Extreme Pro microSDHC UHS-I card. The cards were available in two variants, one having 8GB of capacity and the other with 16 GB storage. It is really fast and small in size. It has an amazing read speed of almost 95 MB/s and writes speed of 90 MB/s.
Basically, it is perfect for smartphone and tablet users, who desire to enjoy the fastest mobile experience with a lot of storage. From the past few years, the demand for larger capacity memory cards has been increased. Therefore, there is no point of surprise, that SanDisk announced the upgraded version of the SanDisk Extreme Pro series with 32 GB and 64 GB storage.
Apparently, the SanDisk Extreme microSDHC/microSDXC UHS-I is available in 4 different variants i.e 16GB, 32GB and 64GB capacities. If we look at its price, the starting price of 16 GB variant is $59.99 and $199.99 for the upgraded version with 64GB storage space.
The reading and writing speed of 32GB/64GB memory cards is 80 MB/s and 50 MB/s respectively. Obviously. The 16GB card will be slower than these two variants. However, these speeds are comparatively less than the speed of cards released last year.
But, the company claims that a 64GB microSDXC memory card is the world’s fastest memory card. Lets us take a look at further details of these cards. The 64GB version is reportedly class 10 and UHS Speed Class 1 rated (UHS-104). The SanDisk Extreme microSDXC card is highly compatible with any microSDXC-slotted or microSDHC. Therefore, you can easily use with numerous devices without any problem.
