Amazon launches its first Arabic website in UAE

Today it is reported that Amazon has finally launched its first Arabic website in UAE. Moreover, the company is determined to expand its network via Arabic websites in more Middle East countries. Previously, all of the visitors from the Middle East used to visit Souq.com.

And, from now on, they will be directed to entirely new website Amazon.ae. Amazon.ae was bought by a giant e-commerce website, Of course, Amazon in 2017. As of now, Amazon is the largest e-commerce platform operating the Middle East.

One of Amazon’s spokesperson stated that the company has not scheduled and planned about the release of other Middle East countries such as Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and etc. Although, we can expect its launch later this year.

If you look at Amazon’s new website, you will definitely witness that Amazon is making an e-commerce site to reach out to more people. A wide range of products is being offered on this Arabic website. Products include daily usage things, prayer rugs and all other local products as well.Amazon is also offering food deals as well.

Therefore, visitors can easily get deals on Ramadan food and fashion. Furthermore, they can be able to access products that are widely sold in the U.S. The company is also determined to launch its first Arabic mobile app for attracting more users and dominating the local market.
